Restorations

One of two known fully functional 300 series systems

Over the past 20 years I’ve assembled, repaired, inspected, and/or licked  hundreds of discrete Buchla instruments and modules. The number very well could be over 1000 by now…but who’s counting, anyway?

With a few exceptions, I’ve interacted with at least one of each of Don’s modules and integrated instrument designs, and I have a near perfect success rate getting things working—even the particularly rare, obscure, and complex things.

In the coming months, I plan to update this blog with some of the more interesting projects from the past; be sure to bookmark the blog if you find that sort of thing fun to read about.

Alternatively, if you have an instrument in need of service, you can contact me via the button in the top right of this website or via Instagram DM, and we can discuss options.

Please note—due to a demanding schedule and limited time, I only work on genuine vintage Buchla instrumentation. There are several other options out there for modern and clone service.
